Rules and Terms of Use

All violations listed below may result in sanctions in the form of permanent blocking of the game character/account.

The Administration reserves the right to temporarily technically block the User's account to conduct an investigation regarding the presence of a rules violation.

1. Use of profanity, including insults and threats

1.1. Use of insults and/or provocative messages in any of the game chats.
Sanction: From warning to 168 hours of chat ban.
1.2. Use of profanity and its derivatives in the game character nickname, words and expressions aimed at humiliating people based on gender, orientation, race, nationality, religion, insults directed at other players.
Sanction: Character renaming using numbers and letters at the discretion of the Administration, as well as account blocking for up to 1 day.
1.3. Use of profane and/or offensive language in guild name.
Sanction: Guild renaming using numbers and letters at the discretion of the Administration, as well as sanctions against the guild leader: from warning to account blocking for 3 days.
1.4. Use of sexual insults or with sexual undertones, including synonyms and epithets, directed either at another Licensee or at any other person, or use of impersonal insults.
Sanction: From warning to 168 hours of chat ban.
1.5. Insulting the User using profanity, insults to the User related to his/her real life, family, relatives, etc.
Sanction: From chat ban for 24 to 72 hours to account blocking for 1 to 3 days.
1.6. Use of profanity/insults in the trade window.
Sanction: From chat ban for up to 168 hours to account blocking for 1 to 3 days.
1.7. Use of profanity in support requests, as well as towards the Administration by other means.
Sanction: From blocking character/account for 24 hours to permanent blocking of character/account.
1.8. Threats of violence and physical harm.
Sanction: From 72 hours chat ban to 7 days account blocking.

2. Impersonating a representative of the Administration

2.1. Impersonating a representative/trusted person of the Administration.
Sanction: Account blocking from 15 days to permanent.
2.2. Use of terminology implying connection with the Administration in the game character nickname.
Sanction: Character renaming using numbers and letters at the discretion of the Administration, as well as account blocking for up to 30 days.
2.3. Use of terminology implying guild connection with the Administration in the guild name.
Sanction: Guild renaming using numbers and letters at the discretion of the Administration, as well as from warning to account blocking of the guild leader for 30 days.

3. Propaganda

3.1. Insulting morality, propaganda and/or expression of rejection or hatred, including propaganda or public display of Nazi attributes or symbols or attributes or symbols similar to Nazi to the point of confusion.
Sanction: From 72 hours chat ban to 7 days account blocking.
3.2. Use as a game character nickname or its part a symbol (combination of symbols) calling for racial, national, religious, social, political discord.
Sanction: Character renaming using numbers and letters at the discretion of the Administration, as well as from warning to account blocking for 3 days.
3.3. Use as a guild name or its part a symbol calling for racial, national, religious, social, political discord, having pornographic content or violating generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
Sanction: Guild renaming using numbers and letters at the discretion of the Administration, as well as sanctions against the guild leader: from warning to account blocking for 7 days.
3.4. Use of guild logos containing explicit, indecent images, symbols of extremism, insults, as well as any other content that may be considered unacceptable or violating generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
Sanction: Forced removal of guild logo, as well as sanctions against the guild leader: from warning to permanent account blocking.

4. Advertising and dissemination of information about third-party resources

4.1. Distribution of advertising information not related to the project.
Sanction: Account blocking from 1 day to permanent.
4.2. Dissemination of information about third-party software for the Game.
Sanction: Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.
4.3. Distribution or advertising, direct or indirect, of information about porn sites, drugs and resources containing such information, as well as committing other similar actions prohibited by current legislation.
Sanction: Account blocking from 3 days to permanent.

5. Use of gameplay errors

5.1. Use of Game errors without/with obtaining game advantage and/or game valuables.
Sanction: Warning/account blocking from 7 days to permanent, seizure of game valuables and/or game advantages obtained as a result of such use.
5.2. Obtaining game valuables and/or advantage as a result of using game errors by another player. Obtaining benefits from using game errors by another player.
Sanction: Warning/account blocking from 7 days to permanent, seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.
5.3. Assistance (help) in using game errors by another player.
Sanction: Warning/account blocking from 7 days to permanent.
5.4. Concealing errors from the administration.
Sanction: Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.

6. Use of third-party programs, modification of game client, unauthorized access to server, obtaining access to game code

6.1. Use and/or threat and/or attempt to use software and/or devices that emulate player presence in the game, or disrupt normal functioning of the game software. Except for game moments where the player makes item exchange through NPC dialogue window in safe zones.
Sanction: Warning/account blocking from 7 days to permanent, seizure of game valuables.
6.2. Use of game valuables obtained as a result of using third-party programs, including bot program operation.
Sanction: Account blocking from 7 to 30 days, seizure of game valuables.
6.3. Committing actions that caused disruption in the operation of the Administration's service for providing entertainment services aimed at organizing and accompanying the Game process with User participation.
Sanction: Permanent account blocking.
6.4. Interception of data coming from the game server. Use of third-party software using server packet substitution.
Sanction: Permanent account blocking.
6.5. Use of third-party programs/modifications of the client affecting the gameplay.
Sanction: Account blocking from 1 day to permanent, seizure of game valuables.

7. Obtaining access to another User's account and/or purchase history

7.1. Obtaining another User's registration data by unauthorized means and/or transferring registration data to another User and/or other third parties for sale, purchase or exchange.
Sanction: Account blocking from 3 days to permanent.
7.2. Use of game valuables obtained as a result of unauthorized access to another User's account.
Sanction: Account blocking from 7 days to permanent. Seizure of game valuables.
7.3. Dissemination of information aimed at obtaining and/or transferring by any means registration data of another User.
Sanction: Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.
7.4. Requesting from User/Users within the Game information about the purchase of game valuables from the game store, information and data related to the User's account or game characters, including game data.
Sanction: For a single request, character blocking for 3 days is established. For subsequent requests: 7, 30, 90 days.

8. Trading adena, items and characters

8.1. Posting advertisements for sale and/or purchase of adena, items, characters in any of the game chats, except trade chat.
Sanction: From warning to 168 hours of chat ban.
8.2. Failure to fulfill obligations when concluding a trade deal between Users, the terms of which were stated in the game chat.
Sanction: From warning to permanent account blocking. Seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.
8.3. Impersonating a setup trader.
Sanction: Account blocking from 1 day to permanent. Seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.
8.4. Any attempt to deceive another User and/or use of non-game error of another User with the aim of seizing someone else's game valuables.
Sanction: Account blocking from 1 day to permanent. Seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.
8.5. Purchasing game valuables from another User, knowingly aware of the dishonest acquisition of game valuables by this User.
Sanction: Warning/account blocking from 7 days to permanent. Seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.
8.6. Misleading players about the real value of game items with the aim of obtaining personal benefit in the market.
Sanction: Warning/account blocking from 7 days to permanent.
8.7. Posting advertisements for purchase and/or sale of adena, items, characters with indication of their cost for real money.
Sanction: Warning/account blocking from 1 day to permanent.
Addition: Price should be discussed in private messages.
8.8. Trading game valuables through trade stall or by dropping items on the floor.
Sanction: From warning to permanent account blocking. Seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.
Addition: Trading game valuables for real money should be done only through secure exchange between characters.
8.9. Simultaneous use by one user of several characters to post advertisements for sale of game valuables for real money (including trading in social networks).
Sanction: Chat ban of all game accounts from 24 hours to blocking all game accounts for 3 days.
8.10. Sending or receiving funds to details not specified in the game chat by the character from which the game valuable was or will be transferred. When buying or selling a character for real money, details must be sent from the character being sold.
Sanction: From warning to permanent account blocking. Seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.
Addition: When buying or selling game valuables for real money through exchange, you must use only those details that are specified in the game chat from the character transferring the game valuable.
8.11. Setting up a trade stall with the purpose of blocking a trading spot.
Sanction: From warning to permanent account blocking.
Addition: This violation implies placing a stall with knowingly unsellable or knowingly inappropriately priced goods (items without trade value and demand), the purpose of which is to occupy space in busy or space-limited zones.

9. Security

9.1. Uninstalled SC-card on the account.
Sanction: Refusal to restore game valuables in case of their loss due to account hacking.
9.2. Use of similar registration data on any other resources.
Sanction: Refusal to restore game valuables in case of their loss due to account hacking.
9.3. Conducting a trade transaction without using safe exchange methods.
Sanction: Refusal to restore game valuables in case of their loss as a result of such trade transaction.
9.4. Voluntary transfer of registration data to another User.
Sanction: Refusal to restore game valuables in case of their loss as a result of actions of the User who received the registration data.
9.5. Registration and/or use of more than one master account by one user.
Sanction: Blocking of master account and all game accounts that are linked to the second master account.

10. Other violations

10.1. Providing knowingly false information and deceiving Administration employees.
Sanction: Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.
10.2. Use of nicknames similar to nicknames of other game characters with the purpose of impersonating another game character, including with the purpose of obtaining/attempting to obtain game items on their behalf.
Sanction: Account blocking from 5 days to permanent, as well as character renaming. Seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.
10.3. Misleading players, deliberate dissemination of false information about administration actions.
Sanction: Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.
10.4. Use of texture errors of the game that prevent normal gameplay.
Sanction: Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.
10.5. Targeted pursuit of a streamer via broadcast.
Sanction: Moving character to "game prison" from 1 hour.
Addition: Sanction applied only in cases where administration personally notices cases of stream sniping.
10.6. Assistance or help to a player who obtained game valuables dishonestly.
Sanction: Account blocking from 5 days to permanent. Seizure of game valuables obtained as a result of such violation.

11. Rules addition

11.1. These rules may be supplemented without warning.
11.2. The Administration has the right to choose the punishment measure based on the situation of violation of these rules. Both in the direction of mitigation and in the direction of increasing punishment.

We will refund you for purchases of Balance and "Virtual currency" within 14 days from the date of purchase to the details from which the payment was made, if you have not yet spent this currency. The term "Virtual currency" applies only to in-game currency purchased for real money.
